I would like to use Tank, and Treestats. But I'm confused as to what I should download with all the different versions of...everything...can anyone help please?
Also, are there any plug-ins that do what robochef did as far as making deadly arrows from scratch?

Make It does deadly arrows, but the EULA says you can't use it with plugins such as Tank installed on your system.

You can check Sucamarto's AC Heaven. The plugins labeled with (Decal Alpha 5) would be the ones to pick from. http://acheaven.buwahaha.com/
As far as making arrows and such, you can ask at AC Tool fourm. They have ACTool 5.4 Alpha 6 that works with current Decal. Their marcos may still run as is. http://forums.cameroncole.com/index.php?act=idx
