QuickCast -- very basic smart caster

I thought I'd toss this out for people to play with if they want. It really only sets up a few hotkeys for vulning & the various attack spells. No melee mode, you have to keep hitting the button.
This is for Decal3-A5d
Requires:
.NET 2.0
DHS, WF, & CS all enabled.

So far so good.....just need to update the XML for the critters.
printing out 49 pages from maggies....I feel like updating your XML 
works so far.....Thanks
