well when i run it in decal it causes AC Client to crash when i go to use the wheel on the mouse. But my d/l may be an old version was wanting to find out but can't remember the link to the page...

Do you have your wheel configured to do things outside of the default? Something is seriously wrong if the simulated key strokes are causing anything to crash...
I'll compare the build against the alpha this weekend to see what changes might be causing a crash, or if anyone else can confirm a crash/no crash on their systems and let me know.
In the mean time, if you could post/send me your config.xml from the mouse wheel install folder, I'll try to figure out why you're crashing.
