Err, odd. Is this a new problem come 0.1.6.3, or has it always happened?

Akilla,

I uninstalled everything for the 3rd time this morning, cleaned program files and registry up a bit. Re-downloaded program and re-installed the Direct X upgrade and it finally is working. If i run into any more problems I will tell you, thanks for the help.
