Hush! position on decal Bar fixed to 1,2 or 3?

I was trying to put Hush Dow at the end By DHS.
But everytime I try to Place it anywhere but the first 3 positions it pops itself back into one of the first 3. I know theres a Registry Key you can set to force Pluggins to the order you want. However for the life of me I cant remember the Key

just go to the Decal Plugins key, and there will be something called "Order" that specifies the order of plugins.
Make sure none of them are duplicated.. that can cause issues.. if there are duplicates, then simply change one of them to something that isn't taken.. this can be done in each of the sub-keys for the plugins. Just look for the identifier and change it.
Once you get them to all have unique letters for their order, then you can simply set the order either in DenAgent, or in the Order value. (I'd recommend trying DenAgent first at that point however).
Make sure that DenAgent is closed when you perform the changes in the registry.
