There are no wew ToD skins available that I am aware of.
If I am wrong please let me know where they are and I'll add em to my site :-)

All the skins have to be redone for Throne of Destiny. If you could still play AC with the Dark Majesty client - you could use the old skins. But alas, everyone has to use the Throne of Destiny client and all player enhancements to the game have to be updated for Throne of Destiny,
Some like Decal are more difficult than others.
