know if theres a graphic calculator app that i can somehow d/l install in my 3g phone so i dont have to buy a calculator...im guessing the phone should be capable to do the same functions or am i just dreaming here????

A phone like a Motorola Razr can certainly do like this. There is not large enough potential market for companies like Motorola to invest the time and energy in developing a java applet for this.
What you should able to do is run a web version of the graphic calculator through the browser interface:
