Need Decal help bar wont open up in the quickstart bar (where i go to configure)

This occured after my fater erased .NET 1.1 and i have.NET 2.0.. any chance any of u decal gods can help me?

Open Decal, click Export, paste it here.
[Edit] Just reread the title -- I take it the quickstart bar means the Decal icon in the lower right (not in AC)?
There's no reason to uninstall .NET 1.1. You can and probably should have both 1.1 and 2.0 installed.
In any case, Decal should work without any version of .NET installed. Do you get any error messages? Try uninstalling then reinstalling Decal.

don't the developers report that if once you upgrade .Net stuff you have to 'reinstall' decal in order for it to see the new .NET stuff. (that is just remove progam Decal via the control panel remove progams and then reinstall decal3 alpah 6 not the plugins)
and yeah most folks have net 1.1 and 2.0 installed.
