You can get it here: http://decal.tidac.net You can download and install over older versions. <---Version 0.9.0.16---> Fixes: Fixed problem with using "B" for chat rules in both Predefined and Custom. Fixed problem with Item HUD count when opening a chest (I think). 	In an ironic twist, after taking so long to release this verison with fixes, a few days after posting this version Daylight Savings breaks the mana filling feature.
