Is there an up to date one that I can use. I really like RainPea but it doesnt like boat loads of XP and high stats that came with TOD.
any decal or stand alone things out there?

May I ask why does it matter anymore when all chracters are maxing out the same even though old charts/guides do not show over 126.
My opinion it doesn't really matter except if you specialize or not then you would want to know what is max out # per configuration based on specialized or not.

it helps me decide where to dump the hoards of XP I build up.
I dont like saving up for hours to raise 1 skill a point or two
