Back playing again, what are the must have Decal plug-ins?

I got Decal to work though I am one of those who has to manually update it. My main plug-in I used to love looks like it is no more and that was Bandit Sight. What is the main plug-in for keeping track of kills and scanning loot on those kills?

I run:
El Tank (about half the time - it uses a lot of overhead and causes me to crash on login/logout more often - dunno if this is an El Tank or Decal problem)

Main Machine: ElTank (For self buffs, looting, and boring combat while I chat in /a), Treestats.
Bot #1: ElTank (For buff self/other, Tinkering, Portals), Virindi Booter, Mana Minder, Treestats.
Bot #2 (When I'm not on): ElTank (For buff self/other, Portals), Treestats.
ACMing Bot (When I'm on): LifeTank, Treestats.
Selling Bot (When I'm not on): Mule Trader.
