question about old decal plugins

i just got back to ac after about a year and i been hearing stuff that sounds like the old decal plugins wont work anymore, but i cant check for myself right now b/c I cant get to a computer were i can play ac till monday, to check for myself. Befor i left i used bandit chat and some others but when i looked the decal plugin list, bandit chat was in the dead plugin area. So what i was just wanting to know if it and other dead plugins would still work.

Not only no, but hail no!
Anybody else wonder what hail has to do with no's?

Unless they have been updated for ToD, they are dead. Check AC Heaven for working plugins: http://acheaven.buwahaha.com/
