Is there a site that hosts the files and that they can be copied from?

I needed to uninstall .Net Framework a while back which at the time was ok. But now with the update button issue and the update utility now requiring .Net Framework to be installed, I am unable to download the Decal files. Windows update installed a security patch on my machine which is now newer than the MScoree.dll and MScorwks.dll files that are used by Decal and installed with .Net FRamework. For now I am fubbar.

Um, that's the problem. It requires the Framework.

*flogs Flen* The framework isn't a virus. At least the 2.0 version.

And AC/Decal requires Windows, which some people consider worse then the .Net Framework, but I bet you installed Windows.
