Trouble with mule trader!!

I'm new at this so please bear with me!!
Everything seems to work until someone wants to buy something. then they add the plats or MMD's and I don't recognize what they're giving me!! so no sales so far!!
What am I doing wrong??

I've checked spelling, and I also replaced comma's with colon's, lol. Nothing works!!! HELP!!

colon is in the check/buy of the NEW update not in pricing set on bot.
on the points tab you should have something like this
Trade Note (250,000) x
Trade Note (200,000) y
Platinum Scarab z
(check spelling of Plat scarab i'm nearly asleep)
x y and z are the various points you've set up for those items E.G. z = 1, y = 4, x = 5 or 6.
then you set your stuff for sale at so many points

yeah putting the words MMD and plat in the points section won't cut it.
