Same thing still seems to happen to me. ;/
If I switch characters and then try to use the plugin I get the "That person is not available now." error. If I quit AC and restart it, it works fine again for awhile.
I know I have the new version installed/working because Show All is checked by default now.

Ok, this turns out to mainly be a bug in decal. I was able to code a workaround for when a player leaves the area and comes back. As far as logging off and logging into a new character to shop, sorry, but you are going to have to wait for a new version of decal to be released. One of the dev's confirmed the problem and coded a fix, we just wont be seeing it until the next version of decal is released. So for now, when you want to switch characters, sorry but you are going to have to close the client and restart it.
