I never used Dysfunctional for the quick heal, or for command quick keys. The part of Dysfunctional that I miss are the 10 spells bars and the formatting abilities (i.e. copy/paste) that went along with it. Oh! I almost forgot - key repeat.
Will there be anything? Ever?

not Dysfunctional specifically since I don't think the source was released, and the developer has been LONG gone.. developer left before AC  M if I remember right.
I know Arkayas is working on something similar, but who knows if/when it will be done.
