I have returned to AC and I don't know if Decal works with the new graphic system. If it does, where do I get it, and what do I need to know. I have been gone since just before Throne of Destiny, so I have no idea how things have changed, I didn't keep up with AC at all. Thanks in advance.

I logged into my old 85th level mage and tried to self buff... by hand even... egad! I need some serious decalage quick!
