It was working fine yesterday, and all I did today was install a new firewall. Any ideas?

It looks to me as if Go Arrow isn't fully installed, that is the ID of Go Arrow, but it isn't registering for whatever reason.


To start with, I'd suggest that you uninstall that "No Name" entry from DenAgent, and then reinstall Go Arrow.
