Buffing Bug with LifeTank XI 11.7.0.1

Cannot find a valid spell for "Creature Enchantment Mastery," igoring it.
Does this for each of my spells.
I set level to V, and I clearly have level V spells, doesn't matter when I change levels.

spell threshold may be a bit low, try learning critter self 4, or doing what he said, prebuffing...
