Unfortunately they're far from complete, as time passes their quality degrades due to locations being moved, removed, not added at all, etc. Dereth Explorer uses both databases for locations. I'm not aware of any database that is more complete, afaik these are the best there is available atm. I've been working on an entirely new database, but it's far from working yet.
