Vault Network Boards - GoArrow error

This doesn't have anything to do with the GoArrow crash, I fixed that long ago and it's been working fine for months. Recently I've started getting errors ingame that look like this:

This happens when I open GoArrow ingame or change tabs in GoArrow. None of my previous 'favorites' etc are currently showing. I tried reinstalling GoArrow after doing an uninstall of the previous installation. Everything else with decal works. A snippet of what the errors.txt shows is:
