I hit the submit key and nothing appears to have happened.
Is there some kind of delay?
I am using the current version.
I have submit online checked and I did relog.
Any common errors or mistakes?

I noticed that there was an error yesterday afternoon while it was doing an automatic submission. It could still be out of commission. It happens from time to time and usually only lasts about a day or so.
