Oy. Thats a broad assumption, and I'd say based on flawed logic.


If he was UCM he wouldn't know that is isn't acquiring targets automatically, but will manually.


Hoshai... have you used Eltank before?

If not, you should check the requirememts,there are other proggies you need for it to function properly.

its kind of out of date, but also may be of some help.


If you have everything installed and working , it could be your range settings, it they are set very low you wont target anything unless its on top of you.

After reading both posts it seems he hasn't played since the patch, and decal isn't functioning properly.
