I've been gone from AC for quite a while but now that I'm back I was looking for this plugin.

I'm pretty sure it was Magellan - the plugin drew a transparent vector graphics map overlay showing where I was in the dungeon, very handy for directionally challenged people.

Last I saw, Drakier had updated it once but from what I can see he's doing Decal itself nowadays.

Anyone feel like picking this up again or suggesting a viable alternative?

I never did Magellan.. I only created an Updater for the Locations file.

paradox was working on a version of it, but I don't know how well that's coming.

So far, there are no alternative solutions. Sorry.

These things happen, I guess I can wait and hope.

Thanks for the reply.

Go Arrow has a pretty decent in dungeon Map. The map rotates with you and etc.

Be aware thought that Alinco doesn't show your location on the map.

DaRiteWing - I've got Go Arrow now and it's awesome for overland locations but I find the map feature a bit intrusive. The Magellan dungeon map feature was leaps and bounds beyond Go Arrow in this one function (no offense intended towards the GA designer), but thanks for taking the time to suggest it

Duri_Gallant - I had thought Alinco was more akin to 6th Sense/Bandit Sight but I'll look into it. Thanks for stopping by.

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly sure Duri meant GoArrow, not Alinco. Alinco doesn't have any kind of mapping feature.
