when i start up decal it says " the client version deos not match the xml version bla bla bla." and it says would you like to update i push yes and then it says "failed to create decal object"
any1 know how to deal with this ?

no i cant even configure it, can it have something to do with my firewall maby ?

are you running vista for any change (cause that wont work)

Try hitting 'no'. Sometimes denagent seems to start faster than it should, so hit no, then open the config screen and hit update there.
