One problem I face is that I don't have enough quickslots. I was wondering if there was a way I could get more then 9 quickslots on my interface. Thanks

Maybe not quick slots but decal hotkey will allow you to create shortcut keys on your keyboard. You could even remap the entire keyboard if you wanted.

Is there any documentation for DHS? I really dont know anyone that knows how to use it...

DHS doesn't do anything but provide shortcuts for actions that are already defined by other processes. Plugins need to explicitly provide functionality that DHS can use. To 'use' DHS, all you are doing is mapping specific actions (like Alnico's Healing or MobAlert's Select Next Mob) to the key of your choice.
