^, isn't that usual of decal's that were RUNNING at the time AC dl's and restart were issued?
when i log off for patch day I close decal. then i dl the Turbine updates, start AC and then completely log-off/out to stop AC and then re-start decal. Which then forces/suggests you run the Update of decal memlocs and if i wait for the memloc's update posting i almost never have a problem.
