Tinker plugin for Decal now that El T is toast?

I've been running a tinker/buff bot for the general public on Frostfell for some time now and would like to continue but alas that feature got lost without being able to auth El Tank. Diamond Katana won't be back till I find something to replace it.
Does anyone know of another plugin that does the tinker thang?
Did we ever get a plugin that would salvage for others in the form of a bot?

I heard someone wrote a tinker in ACtool, but that's about all i know of it.

The one for ACTool has alwasy been hands down the better tinker plugin for use with decal over the one provided in ELTank.
You will love it once you get it set up.
