yes this is on topic
is there a program that will allow me to control itunes(mean FastForward Rewined pause stop) from with in AC(so i dont have to alt-tab out to listen to a song again or skip overone)

A couple of ways I control iTunes is either through an x10 mouse remote using http://max10.sourceforge.net/
or a keyboard with built in media controls, just make sure the keyboard you choose is compatible with the version of windows you are running and iTunes.

You can use Media Control: http://decal.acasylum.com/media_control.php
You need to add iTunes to the beginning of PlayerApps.ini (instructions are on that page).
