It is dead. D'Sanai quit long before Throne of Destiny was released in July of 2005. Yewwansum took over Robochef and loot tracker. His original plan from December 2005 was to release a new version of Robochef and then update loot tracker.
Last time I checked he had not finished Robochef so no work has been done on loot tracker for more than two years. Going to be another year at least at the rate he is going.
