Scroll Picker Upper

There used to be a plugin, that'd recognize what scrolls a secondary charecter needed, and pick it up. I've been working with a few lower level toons, and my need for 7's on those charecters have increased. Anyone know if this plugin still exists, or if there's another that has taken its place?

Im 99% sure Alinco and a few other plugins can do this as well.

I know that Alinco will pick up scrolls that the specific charecter you're playing doesn't know, but I don't remember seeing an option for ones that other charecters don't know.
