I am looking for help files or setup guide for Alinco. If someone could point me to that direction that would be great.

If you're asking for the program setup files, they are found on the main Alinco site.


If you're asking for a detailed "help" page with how to set up the plug in, pictures of what stuff does, like a "Walkthrough" instruction manual, no there isn't one. The site used to have limited items you could click on to get images of each specific feature, but it seems those are no longer on the site. Perhaps Losado will put them back in at a future time.


However, I from using it myself, I'd say it is all pretty self explanatory, clicking on tabs, scrolling down the list of options, etc, each is fairly well explained in what they do, and the set up of identify rules is pretty easy, just enter which options you want in a new rule.

So 90% is standard setup'd for a normal day in dereth - last 10% is user specific...


But you are right, in Alinco you can setup your loot profile very fast and its selfexplaining...

Thank you. I know I was not very specific on what I was looking for. I was out lasting testing Alinco and seeing how things are done in the program. Most of it is easy setup. Thought there might be something as to What each thing does. I will keep playing with it. So far for what I have used it for it works very well.

Only problem I have had is that I don't save Gold or Silver but Alinco picks it up and salvages it. I checked the salvage stuff and I have no mark in the radial button for it. That is about the only thing I can think of that had me wondering.

My guess would be its picking those items because of their value or value/bu ratio and that you have the add to ust list checked for high value items.


I spent some time setting up Alinco tonight as well and I have to say I'm liking it a lot. Good job Mr./Mrs. Alinco dev!


Now to edit in my hundred or so items I want to track and the couple hundred critters
