I never really noticed this with the old versions of these 3 programs but I have a detect mob set for a particular mob in Alinco and when it detects it, it flashes an arrow up on the screen (very quickly). In the direction it is in and sometimes when you are heading in it's direction it keeps flashing it. So my questions are:


Is this part of Alinco or Goarrow?


Is there a setting in Alinco or one of the other programs that has to do with this (like length of display).


How exactly does the popup arrow work? If the detected mob comes up on radar does the arrow go away?

I can tell you that Go Arrow definitely isn't the plug-in doing this. It doesn't do mob finding.


I have the newest Alinco and it doesn't do this for me, but then again I have most of the options turned off. I'm sure if you just open up the tabs and look through the list of options you can put checkmarks by, you'll find something that says "mark mobs" or something. I'm not in game so I can't tell you exactly what it is, but Alinco is pretty self-explanatory.

It is Alinco that is showing the green arrow. Under the options tab you can uncheck the "Show 3D Arrow" to remove that.

I have "Show 3D Arrow" checked, but I have yet to see it. Maybe I need it to ID a particular mob it's seeking.

This happened yesterday when I was doing a run up north, and it picked up a diamond golem. It was a short 2-3 second arrow.
