CAnt install decal.It gives me an error while trying to istall directx part.I bilieve it is actually dxwebsetup part of it giving error.Something about not having permission to access drive.My windows is installed on f drive which i believe is the problem.Anybody know a way to get this to work?

Posting the exact text of the error would be a good place to start. You might be able to press Ctrl+C on the error dialog to copy the text.

Install Microsoft DirectX 9.0c from the Microsoft Website. It should then skip the install of that component.
