instead of me trying to remember to type to search. is there a program that alows me to type in a line & then automatically have it check at intervals?

I dont believe there is a decal utility that can check housing avalibity for you tho.

i know something like that does exist, since i have used it before. but i cant remember the name of it. try one of the big plugin sites?
