Error: Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD13.tmp\DX9\dxwebsetup.exe' has changed since it was initially published.
I've deleted whats in the temp folder, I've rebooted several times. And I have updated Direct3D stuff, and the Windows Installer and everything. And when I try to install decal, it still doesn't work. Any help would be GREAT! Thanks!
