ok so i was a bit board and thought i would get this post out of the way...
my decal is not working since patch day...
hehehehhe
it seems like every patch day there is some major n00bie that makes a post about it...so i thought waht the hey lets start it early
if you dont know why decal is not working just be patient and it will once the memlocs are uptodate and you dl them and then you refresh your decal...
Thank you Decal Developers for working so hard and tirelessly on this stuff...
