Im still getting red x's across the board.


No idea why. Do i need to restart my computer do i need to be out of ac? any help would be great.

just uninstalled decal and did the reg cleaner... resinstalled and used utility and still getting red x's

I had the red Xs yesterday, got rid of them and have check marks by right-clicking on Decal, brought up properties and then clicked on the compatibility tab and checked run Windows XP (Service Pack 2)


Nice to see the black check marks, but still no decal in game. Getting there slowly but surely.

Mine doesn't have a Windows' xp option on that tab..


2000 is as high as it goes.

do NOT use Compatibility on anything other than Vista.


If you have Windows XP or anything else, then Compatibility should be disabled as Decal works fine on those systems.


If you're having trouble updating, try again. restart Decal if you need to, and make sure AC is updated BEFORE attempting to run and update Decal.
