A few plugins have hotkeys for next/nearest without a vuln or imperil. I'd like to see this expanded to support creature based debuffs. Futility for example.

There are at least two plugins with that already in it. Cast it! and Alinco. You have to go to DHS and setup the hotkey you want to define to use it.

Actually, the original poster is correct, at least as far as Cast It! is concerned. It flags mobs with imps and vulns, but not with critter debuffs.

I just perused Alinco's DHS settings again and found nothing that handles creature debuffs. I can scroll through it again if you'd like? 
My original suggestion stands.
