Mule Trade It! and restocking

Hi there. I was wondering if someone could explain how restocking works with Mule Trade It! I turned it on, but dont know how to get it to work. If I open a trade window with someone nominated as a restocker, it still tries to sell me stuff. I have use default, and Enable Restocking checked, and my restockers name added to the Restocking Characters list box. Just dont know how to actually do it ingame.

I can't get it to work either, even when I enable default settings above as stated.

Does restocking work?
If so could someone give a quick rundown on how its done?
If not, could someone let me know?

There is no restocking option. It is on the list of potential enhancements
