Decal oddities since patch

Castaway bans users who send them excessive (3?) tells. And squelched the same players who handed items (for handing tapers while banned). (three bots in guild experienced this)
And Alinco keeps forgetting that I have armor and weapons to buff.
Reinstalled and repaired, but it happens randomly when I restart.
Anyone else?

I would imagine memory addresses and plugins are affected by the patch.
