Need help from a Decal Plugin Developer

Im trying to get a diffrent icon up for the plugin. Ive looked into the portal.dat but I have no idea what to do, paraduck tried to help me but no go. I can change it to random stuff but not what i specificly want(the isind ule shield)
Any help is appreciated!

In the plugin's view XML, set the icon attribute of the root view tag to 25623 (that is 0x6417 in decimal).
