You can use GoArrow for this, though it's not necessarily a "built in" feature. If you select the person and type "/goarrow tag", the arrow will track the person for as long as your client is aware of them. This includes a few seconds after they port away, so you can see where they ported to. It's not ideal since you need to "tag" them before they leave, but it's better than nothing if you can't find another plugin to do it.
