Auto Loot add-on?

Heya, I know lifetankXI has auto loot, but a lot of time I like to hunt without running the macro, and would like to open the corpses myself, then have the program auto-loot or report if something is in the corpse I would like to loot. I know there was such a program in the past, but it's been years since I've played.

the "V" key by default has no function. i have it set to "open(maybe "use"  closest unopened corpse" and Alinco auto loots for me. not sure on LT but im sure it can do the same thing.
