AC Explorer like Plugin?

Is there a Plugin for Decal that is like AC Explorer?
For anyone that doesn't know what AC Explorer is it is an old program where you can look up any dungeon or anything in game and it gives coords.
There is also a router on it that is similar to MapQuest.
