My brother is trying to come back to Asheron's call. He has unbearable lag and takes about 5-10minutes to go through a portal.
Usually when i come here for help i don't even get a reply. But what the hell, ill try again.

What does this have to do with AC Utilities?
Does it only happen with Decal on?

No programs. Looks like it fixed itself. I have no clue.

AC has to download new areas when you first visit them. If you're on a slow connection or the dungeon is big, it could take a while in portal space.
