I keep getting this error when trying to enter acduelclient setup please help!

This setup requires the .NET Framework Version 1.1.4332. Please install the .NET framework and run this setup again. The .net framework can be obtained from the web. would you like to do this now?
When I try and download the new network from the Microsoft website
theres 3 versions to download
* Download x86 version
* Download x64 version
* Download IA64 version
which one should I DL cause i tried the first and it doesn't work still.
