go to the site where you downloaded it in the first place, and click on download again.

What you need to do is rename the download as the filename it's expecting


Then do a full uninstall and then do a reinstall.


NEVER "Run.." an MSI file from the web. ALWAYS do a "Save As.." and then run it locally from your machine.
