"Flashing" Decal and plugins

On my computer, the Decal toolbar and all the plugins are constantly "flashing" on and off very quickly. Makes it difficult to work with the plugins.
Is there some easy thing I can do to fix this?
XP Pro, GeForce 7950 GX2, Decal 2.9.6.0.

It could also be something you're running in the background. Try closing all other programs except AC+Decal and see if that helps.
Graphics drivers are also a must as well =)

Howdy I had one those cards did the same thing with the new driver that are buggy with AC anyways. Try the 97.31 driver should make that problem go away!
