Vault Network Boards

Hey, a buddy of mine just came back to AC and he's trying to install decal but its not working properly for him. He's trying to install all the MS and .net stuff and I have no clue what to tell him. He said he tried installing all of it but I don't know what he installed and what he didnt. I got him to get an export from his decal and was hoping someone could tell me what he needs to install still...thanks.
